Whenever our clients call or visit our office, they are greeted by Danielle’s cheerfulness and friendly demeanor. It always makes them feel welcome.
She is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to make sure our branch and team are successful and our clients are happy. She wants our clients to know that they can count on her to help with any issues, questions or requests, big or small.
In addition to assisting our clients with account management requests and helping our advisors with any assistance they need, Danielle also handles operational duties, such as ordering supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, printing checks and daily deposits. As our branch technical liaison, she also helps with any technology updates or issues.
Danielle started with Raymond James in 2018 and joined the North Star team in early 2022. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree.
Danielle is originally from Otter Lake, Michigan, and today lives in Oxford, Michigan, with her husband, Brandon, and children, Grant and Sabrina. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, gardening, reading, watching movies, traveling and do-it-yourself (DIY) home projects. She is also the co-leader of her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
P.S. Personally speaking
Q. What are your must-have travel items? My own pillow, a good book to read and NO electronics if it’s possible!
Q. What is your favorite kind of trip? Why? I love camping with my family, it allows us to reconnect without any distractions and just enjoy nature and each other’s company.
Q. How do you spend your time outside of the office? I enjoy spending time outdoors, boating, camping or hiking, watching movies, reading books, traveling, doing crafts or DIY home projects.
Q. If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have? I think I would be a party planner!
Q. What’s the one thing that might surprise others about you? I’m not afraid to try new things even if I make a fool of myself! I took belly dancing lessons in college and that was a hoot.
Q. If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be? Camping somewhere out west, like Yellowstone or Yosemite national parks.
Q. What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without? Diet Pepsi (not a coffee drinker, but need my caffeine)
Q. How do you define success? I would define success as always trying your best while not being afraid to fail.
